HAPPY ALMOST SPRING! We've had some lovely hints at better weather and cannot wait for more! The apple trees at the cidery have been pruned and the garden is underway -- our perennials are popping out and new plans for more herbs and vegetables are in the works... all thanks to my mom, Stacy!
Because it's March and there is Madness in the air, anyone who signs up for the Cider Club this month will get 25% off their first release. It's $45 per quarter and there are tons of perks -- learn more & sign up here.
Club Members -- the Q1 release date is Wednesday, March 18th! And for those of you who pick up your release, I will be hosting a special cider and cheese tasting from 5-7pm that evening along with a drawing for Wise Bird merch!

Holy Beez
Made from apples grown at Holy Beez Orchard in Loretto, KY and comprised of 58% King David, 10% WineCrisp, 6% Puget Spice, 3% Burford Pear, 3% Black Limbertwig, 3% Williams Pride, 2% Myers Royal Limbertwig and the remaining 15% from Horse, Golden Hornet, Reine de Pomme, Dolgo, Nehou, Le Bret, Vilberie, Amere de Berthcourt, Ashmead's Kernel, Tolman Sweet.
Browning
Made from apples grown at Browning Orchard in Fleming County, Kentucky: York Imperial, Kind David, Winesap and Redfield. Established by the Browning family in the 1900's this orchard and its rare collection of antique and heirloom cider apples are a tribute to the history of eastern Kentucky apples.
