COMMONWEALTH GOLD: 2021 & 2024 GLINTCAP Bronze, 2026 Great American Cider Competition Silver. Gold Rush apples from Evans Orchard and Cider Mill in Georgetown create the first of our Commonwealth Series of ciders made from Kentucky apples. Notes of rich apple and citrus mingle with bright acidity to produce a well-balanced, fruit-forward Kentucky Proud cider. 6.9% ABV, Semi-dry, KY Proud, 1.0% RS.
POMME POMME: 2020 Cidercraft Platinum, 2021 GLINTCAP Silver, 2023 Good Food Award, 2024 GLINTCAP Silver. Albemarle Pippin and Gold Rush apples blend tradition with modern in this semi-sweet, easy-drinking cider. Apple cheer in a bottle. 6.9% ABV, Semi-sweet, 3.0% RS.
ROSÉ CIDER: 2021 GLINTCAP Gold, 2026 Good Food Award, 2026 Great American Cider Competition Gold. A delightful apple-grape combination of high-acid dessert apples blended with our red wine made from Kentucky-grown Chambourcin grapes. Sparkling, semi-sweet and award winning, with notes of mixed berries, citrus and ripe fruit. 6.9% ABV, Semi-sweet, KY Proud, 2.7% RS.
KENTUCKY BRAMBLE: Fresh blackberry & raspberry shine in this unapologetically fruit-forward cider. With bright acidity and rich fruit notes, this semi-dry cider is built for open skies, sunshine, and wherever the day takes you. 6.9% ABV, Semi-sweet, KY Proud, 2.8% RS.

STRAWBERRY FILEDS: Fresh strawberry and crisp apple come together in this limited-release cider crafted from heirloom cider apples aged on hand-picked strawberries from Stepping Stone Farm in Paris, Kentucky. Bright, refreshing, and unmistakably local—a true farm-to-glass treat for summer. 6.9% ABV, Semi-sweet, KY Proud, 2.5% RS.
CIDERMOSA: Sunshine, bottled. Bright tangerine and lush passion fruit layer over crisp apple in this vibrant semi-sweet cider. Crafted from a blend of carefully selected apples, it balances juicy sweetness with refreshing acidity. Perfect for brunch, front porch hangs, or anytime that calls for a little zest. 6.9% ABV, Semi-sweet, 3.2% RS.
TROPICAL “BIRD OF PARADISE”: Escape to the tropics. Bright pineapple and pink guava burst from a crisp blend of Jonagold, Rome, Granny Smith, and Empire apples. Aromas of white grape and tropical fruit give way to juicy pineapple and a smooth, sweet finish that lingers on the palate. 6.9% ABV, Semi-sweet, 2.3% RS.
BLUEBERRY MINT: 2024 GLINTCAP Bronze. With notes of blueberry and apple and subtle undertones of mint, this cider is made from heirloom cider apples aged on blueberries and infused with a mint syrup made from local and fresh mint. 6.9% ABV, Semi-sweet, KY Proud, 2.4% RS.

BLACKBERRY BOURBON: 2025 GLINTCAP Bronze. Blackberry cider made from a blend of dessert apples aged for 3-6 months in bourbon barrels. Real fruit is alwasy used, and sourced locally when possible. This cider is reminiscent of a Blackberry Buckle bathed in bourbon and butterscotch. 8.4% ABV, Dry, 0.5% RS.
RICKHOUSE: Cider aged in bourbon barrels from James E. Pepper Distilling Co. in Lexington, KY. This collaboration marks the return of Pepper barrels to the original Pepper distillery rickhouse in over 50 years. An excellent combination of traditions in a glass. Notes of rye and vanilla. 8.4% ABV, Dry, 0.0% RS.
RUM ROSE BARREL AGED: Our Rosé cider aged for 9 months in freshly dumped, 4-year rum barrels from Barrel House Distilling. The combination of rum and oak layers a bold and complex finish to the bright berry notes of the Chambourcin wine in our Rosé cider. Unlike our flagship version, this is a dry cider and has an incredibly smooth note of rum on the finish. 8.4% ABV, Dry, 0.9% RS.
AMBURANA BARREL AGED: This cider features a warm winter spice character imparted from Amburana wood that previously aged RD1 bourbon. This cider made from the Ashmead's Kernel apple varietal has been aged on this wood for 12 months. The high acidity of the Ashmead's and spicy Amburana transforms the cider into notes of carmelized banana, bourbon and oak. 9.7% ABV, Dry, 0.0% RS.
BIRD AND BEE BARREL AGED: Virginia’s prized heirloom cider apple meets Kentucky’s most acclaimed tradition in this collaboration with our friends from Blue Bee Cider in Richmond, VA. Each vintage is made from Hewe's Crab aged in bourbon barrels from a different distillery. For this 2025 vintage, we selected barrels from Whiskey Thief Distilling. 11.0% ABV, Dry, 0.0% RS.
CHARDONNAY BARREL AGED: Made with prized Esopus Spitzenburg cider aged for 6 months in a Rombauer Chardonnay barrel sourced by Turtleback Ridge Farm. Buttery notes from the oak and Chardonnay, perfectly balanced with acidity from the apple varietal. 8.00% ABV, Dry, 0.0% RS.
ARMAGNAC BARREL AGED: This is a blend of Esopus Spitzenburg (75%) and Winesap (25%) apples was aged in an armagnac (french inspired Brandy) cask (previously used to age bourbon from Dark Arts Whiskey House) for over a year. Aromas of rich berries and chocolate, tasting notes of currents, raspberries and cocoa. 8.4% ABV, Dry, 0.0% RS.

HOLY BEEZ ORCHARD: 2024 Good Food Award. Our Commonwealth Series of ciders showcases orchards in Kentucky and the apples they grow. This cider is made from apples grown at Holy Beez Orchard in Loretto, KY and is comprised of King David, WineCrisp, Puget Spice, Black Limbertwig and dozens of other English, French and American hierloom cider apples. 8.1% ABV, Dry, KY Proud, 0.0% RS.
BROWNING ORCHARD: Our Commonwealth Series of ciders showcases orchards in Kentucky and the apples they grow. This cider is made from apples grown at Browning Orchard in Fleming County, Kentucky and is comprised of York Imperial, Kind David, Winesap and Redfield. Established by the Browning family in the 1900's and now operated by Morehead State University, this orchard and its rare collection of antique and heirloom cider apples are a tribute to the history of eastern Kentucky apples. 7.4% ABV. Dry, KY Proud, 0.0% RS.

ASHMEAD’S KERNAL: 2021 GLINTCAP Silver. This celebrated English apple dates back to the 18th century and has long been prized for cider. Its exceptional levels of acidity and sugar produce a floral, well-balanced cider with hints of pear and honeysuckle. 8.4% ABV, Dry, 0.3% RS.
DABINETT: A revered 18th century cider apple originating in the English county of Somerset, Dabinett is a classic bittersweet apple. Its low acidity, lingering tannin and aromatic flesh produce a cider that at once envelopes the palate with notes of bruised apple and pear. 8.4% ABV, Dry, 0.0% RS.
GOLDEN RUSSET: 2025 GLINTCAP Bronze. Considered one of the best cider apples of all time, Golden Russet is thought to be a seedling of English Russet and was known in America as far back as the 18th century. Packed with complex flavor and sporting a russeted skin, this cider is bright, lively and full-bodied, with tropical aromatics and fruit flavors. 10.4% ABV, Dry, 0.0% RS.
HARRISON: 2022 GLINTCAP Silver, 2025 GLINTCAP Bronze, 2026 Good Food Award. Long considered the most celebrated of American cider apples — and nearly lost to history — Harrison's dark color, earthy aroma, and round tannins create a lovely fruit-forward cider with exceptional mouth-feel. 8.1% ABV, Dry, 0.3% RS.
JONATHAN: Made entirely from Jonathan apples, a prized American heirloom varietal. With a striking citrus nose, this cider fills the palate with crisp apple flavors and lively acidity. Lovely to drink on its own or pair with spicy foods. 7.3% ABV, Dry, 0.0% RS.
RUBY RED CRAB: The Ruby Red Crab originated as a wild seedling at Silver Creek and Seamans Orached. Naturally high in acid, loaded with tannin, and with a strikingorange flesh, this apple yields a single varietal cider that is complex, structured, and beautifully balanced. 9.4% ABV, Dry, 0.3% RS.
SHORT STORIES: Our Short Stories collection combines the odds and ends of late season heirloom cider apples from the regional orchards with whom we partner. We blend these apples into a delightful cider that tells a story unique to each harvest. Named in honor of co-founder Greta Wright’s sister, auther Hannah Pittard. 8.4% ABV, Dry, 0.0% RS.
WICKSON CRAB: 2023 GLINTCAP Bronze. Wickson originated in Humboldt County in the 1940s by pomologist and plant breeder, Albert Etter. Though small in size, Wickson is known in the cider world for its high sugar and acid, making a famously champagne-like cider. Almost clear in color, this cider shows notes of pineapple, lemon and guava. 8.0% ABV, Dry, 0.8% RS.

POMMEAU: 2020 Cidercraft Judge's Pick, 2021 Good Food Award, 2023 GLINTCAP Silver. A still, velvety dessert cider that combines our cider double distilled by Barrel House Distilling Co. in Lexington, KY and blended with fresh juice from hierloom bittersweet and bittersharp apple varietals. Aged in American Oak brandy barrels for 18 months. Enjoy neat -- chilled or at room temperature. 19.0% ABV, Sweet, 19.0% RS.
