Host your next event at Wise Bird Cider! We have spaces available to meet many party sizes with options for many budgets. Events at Wise Bird Cider are great for weddings, holiday parties, wedding showers, corporate meetings, non-profit fundraisers, graduation parties, book releases, birthday parties, and much more! Dogs and children are always welcome.

NOTE: In addition to the tent and the entire Cidery, we can also rent tables both inside the taproom and on the patio.

Entire Cidery | Private Event

    • Cidery closed to the public during your event

    • Comes with tour of facilities, if desired

    • All outdoor areas available, weather dependent

    • All games on premises available to your group

    • Use of all TVs, sound systems, etc.

    • Includes 15 tables, 30 benches, 2 couches, 4 wooden stools, 4 arm chairs, 24 bar chairs

Space rental includes a beverage minimum per guest plus a rental fee. These fees fluctuate depending on the time of day, day of week and time of year, as well as the number of guests in your party. If you are looking to book the cidery on the busiest days of the week and busiest times on those days (i.e. Friday or Saturday evening), this option is best for parties of 80 or more.

Rent the Tent | Private Event

    • Cidery is open to the public, and the rest of the outdoor patio is open to the public but the tent on our patio is reserved exclusively for your group.

    • In warm weather months, the tent is open air. In cooler weather months, the tent walls are up. Tent is taken down every winter, timing dependent on weather.

    • Winter: While we do have the ability to rent the tent with a heater, it is still a brisk environment. Putting up the tent after it has retired for the season is an $800 fee.

    • Tent houses up to 8 tables, with a maximum capacity of 64.

    • Rental rates are based on an assumed 3+ hour event.

Fees fluctuate depending on the time of day, day of week and time of year and number of guests in your party.

We are proud to work with our partners at Stepping Stone Farm is a Paris, KY not only to source fruit for our ciders, but also to help promote their breathtaking wedding venue. Reserve our Outdoor Patio, Bocce Courts or Cornhole Area!

In reserving the Wise Bird outdoor spaces, the cidery stays open to public. You can either rent the entire patio, which includes the area under the tent, or you can rent just the section of the patio that does not include the tent. Whichever you choose, your group will have exclusive use of that area. The Outdoor area is included with entire cidery rental. Outdoor games such as cornhole are included with entire cidery or outdoor area rentals. Pricing is determined based on the size of your group, time of day, day of week and time of year.

OFFSITE EVENTS

Are you planning a civic or public event? Interested in having us sell cider direct to attendees? Click on the link below to send us an email about your event. Please include the date, location, expected attendance, and what other types of vendors will be there. Offsite events must be opened to the public. We cannot serve alcohol offsite at private events or residences.

  • No, we now have catering onsite since opening our food trailer, Little Fork! Please let us know what your needs are and if it’s not on our catering menu, let’s work on customizing something special for your event.

  • Sure! We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, but will work to make your party comfortable. Please fill out an inquiry form HERE to request a spot on our patio!

  • All event inquiries will receive a unique quote based on size of party, space desired, time of year, and other accommodations requested.

  • Yes! If you are renting the entire cidery all music and TVs are at your disposal. If you are using part of the cidery and we are open to the public, we will accommodate your music and TV preferences if we can. Please let us know in advance what you need and we will tell you if we can make it happen!
