HELP CELEBRATE 7 YEARS! Dear Friends and Family -- It's been a while since we've sent out news, and wow, do we have a lot to share! For all of you fruited cider lovers, you're in luck. Strawberry Fields and Cidermosa (Passionfruit + Tangerine) have officially been released and are now available in bottles. These bright, fruit-forward favorites are perfect for summer sipping and won't be around forever. We're also thrilled to introduce our newest tropical creation: Bird of Paradise, a vibrant blend of pink guava and pineapple that tastes like sunshine in a glass. Bird of Paradise will be released June 10th exclusively to Cider Club Members during our quarterly pickup party. Club members will also get first access to Short Stories No. 7, the newest installment in our beloved annual series crafted from unique heirloom apple blends and the stories each harvest has to tell. Both Bird of Paradise and Short Stories No. 7 will make their public debut during our anniversary celebration weekend beginning Friday, June 12th. And speaking of anniversaries… This June, we're celebrating seven years of Wise Bird Cider, and we can't wait to celebrate with all of you. What started as a dream fueled by a love of cider, family, and community has grown into something far beyond what we imagined. Every glass shared, every bottle purchased, every event attended, and every friend brought through our doors has helped make Wise Bird what it is today. Thank you for being part of this journey. Oh and we're pouring Blue Rose Agave, a 100% Blue Agave Spirit finished right here in Lexington. Debut sip. You don't want to miss it. Cider Club Release Party! Members get the first taste of our first tropical cider “Bird of Paradise” featuring notes of pineapple + pink guava exclusively for Cider Club members. Cider Club Pickup Rewards: 1st 5 folks get a free 7-Year Anniversary T-shirt, the next 5 get a commemorative 7-Year Anniversary glass, and the next 5 get…stickers! Cider Club Pickup Release is Strawberry Fields, Ruby Red (an apple!) Crab (S/V), and Short Stories 7. June 12 – Live Music Kickoff + Nowhere to Wear It! Live Music: Thunderwood (8–10 PM) – High-energy electric string band blending bluegrass roots with modern flair. "Nowhere To Wear It" Theme Night – Wear that outfit you never have an excuse to show off, from elegant to outrageous. Late-Night Specials (After 9 PM): $1 off deep-fried items + slushees. Featured Slushees: Tropical Piña Colada Slushee and Rosé Ciderita Slushee. June 13 – Beach Bonanza Celebration + Live Music First 50 cider pours – Receive a commemorative anniversary glass (limit one per person). All-Day Beach Bonanza – Summer vibes, beach-themed fun, and patio activities. Kiddie Pools for Everyone – Dedicated pools for adults, kids, and pups. Vintage Vibes Pop-Up (1–5 PM) – Shop beach-inspired vintage clothing and treasures from Lunchbox Vintage. National Rosé Day Specials (12–4 PM): Rosé pours: 2 for $7 + Rosé Ciderita Slushee $10 + Rosé cocktail special $10 Patio Beach Games – Relaxed fun or competitive challenges for all ages. Poppy's Flower Bar (1–5 PM) – Build your own bouquet (tentative, pending final confirmation). Live Music: The Other Brothers Band (8–10 PM) – Soulful vocals, saxophone, keys, and rock-inspired grooves. Merch & Giveaways – Anniversary-themed prizes and merchandise throughout the day. Cider Club Sign-Up Special – First quarter membership discount available with same-day purchase. June 14 – Family Day & Bluey Celebration Family Day – Activities and entertainment designed for all ages. Bluey Theme All Day – Family-friendly Bluey fun throughout the cidery. And YES, BLUEY WILL BE IN THE HOUSE!!! On The Move Art Studio (12–4 PM) – Interactive arts and crafts for kids and families. Kentucky Wild Animal Encounter (12–4 PM) – Meet a screech owl and learn about local wildlife. Twist and Shout Balloon Artist (12–4 PM) – Balloon creations for kids and families. Bluey Trivia (Evening, 6-8 PM) – Test your Bluey knowledge with family-friendly trivia. ALWAYS ON AT THE CIDERY TRIVIA SUNDAYS ARE BACK!!! From 6-8pm, grab your friends, a cider and some delicious food and prove your smarts! Prizes go to the top 3 teams: $30 gift card for 1st place, a $20 gift card for 2nd place and a $10 gift card for 3rd place! NEW MENU ALERT! Great new recipes as well as classic fan faves!
