HAPPY ALMOST THANKSGIVING! Tim and I are so grateful for your support of Wise Bird Cider Co. We would not be here if it were not for your love of our small-batch, craft cider. This is the time of year we would like to slow-down, but seldom get a chance to actually do so! The fall is harvest time, and we are awash in fresh pressed juice and planning for the future!
We hope you are starting to slow down and that you have plans to relax, and spend time with your loved ones. We're headed off to West Virginia this year, where our kids will get to play with about 15 cousins close to their own ages... and we'll get to lift a glass with their parents and enjoy the chaos around us!

Each kit comes with instructions, a steeping bag, all mulling ingredients and a bottle (750 ml) of our semi-sweet, award-winning, Pomme Pomme cider.
